We store employees personal data securely on Microsoft's protected OneDrive platform, and physical copies are stored in a secure location under a cupboard. Certain details are stored within an AWS Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), with access restricted to only HR or management personnel through a secure web portal. Collect a range of personal information from employees, including their name, mailing address, phone number, personal email, emergency contact details, bank account information, and tax-related government identities. Implemented robust security measures and following relevant legal guidelines is crucial in safeguarding sensitive employee information.
